This policy covers the Cimarron Games website. Each of our apps has its own policy, linked at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
We collect anonymous usage analytics through Azure Application Insights — which pages are visited, how long games take to load, and whether they fail. We do not collect your name, email or any other identifying detail.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for two things: remembering your cookie choice, and anonymous analytics.
Nothing is set until you accept. If you decline, no analytics or advertising code is loaded at all — not merely disabled. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Advertising
We display ads through Google AdSense to help cover hosting costs. AdSense may use cookies to show more relevant ads. This only happens after you accept cookies.
The contact form
The contact form does not send anything to us or to this website. It opens a message in your own email app, already filled in, which you send yourself. Nothing you type is transmitted anywhere until you press send in your email app, and this site never sees it.
Whatever you then email us is used only to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list and not shared.
Playable games
Games played in your browser run entirely on your device. Progress and scores are stored locally in your browser and are never sent to us.
