Game Shelf brings eight classic board games together in one small, clean app: Chess, Checkers, Reversi, Four in a Row, Mancala, Nine Men's Morris, Dots & Boxes and Tic-Tac-Toe.
Take on the computer at three difficulty levels, or hand the phone back and forth for pass-and-play with a friend on the same device. Every game supports both.
Each game has a real opponent behind it, not a random move generator. Easy makes human-sized mistakes rather than nonsense ones. Hard will genuinely test you — the chess engine searches deeply and plays out exchanges before deciding.
Game Shelf is free and supported by adverts shown between games. There are no purchases of any kind — not even a remove-ads purchase. No accounts, no sign-ups: just open it and play.
